Our Process
All parts are sourced through authorized channels with verifiable origin documentation. We confirm part numbers, production dates, and batch codes against manufacturer records before procurement.
Upon arrival at our facility, each part undergoes visual inspection, dimensional verification, and packaging integrity checks. Non-conforming items are immediately quarantined and returned to the supplier.
Electronic components are tested with diagnostic equipment. Mechanical parts undergo tolerance measurement and material verification. Battery and charging components receive additional safety and performance testing.
Parts are cleaned, treated with anti-corrosion protectants where applicable, and packaged using industry-grade materials. Fragile components receive custom foam inserts and shock-absorbing wraps.
Each shipment includes a quality inspection report, certificate of origin, packing list, and commercial invoice. All documents are prepared in both Chinese and English for smooth customs clearance.
Certifications
We operate in full compliance with international trade regulations and quality management standards. Our processes are audited regularly to maintain certification validity.
Every part carries a unique tracking code linking it to its source, inspection record, and shipment.
Detailed quality reports accompany every order, available in digital and printed formats.
Non-conforming parts can be returned or replaced within 30 days of receipt, no questions asked.
