We provide auto parts export services for BYD vehicles. All product specifications, availability, and pricing are subject to change without prior notice. Product images are for reference only; actual items may vary.
All inquiries submitted through our website are subject to confirmation. A formal quote will be provided before any order is processed. Orders are considered confirmed only after written acceptance and payment arrangement.
Payment terms will be specified in the formal quote. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer (T/T), PayPal, and letter of credit (L/C) for qualified buyers. Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated.
We ship worldwide via sea, air, and land freight. Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
Due to the nature of auto parts export, returns are accepted only for incorrect or defective items reported within 7 days of receipt. Returns must be pre-authorized. Refunds are processed within 15 business days of receiving returned goods.
Genuine OEM parts carry the manufacturer's warranty. Aftermarket parts are covered by our 90-day quality guarantee. Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, modification, or normal wear.
